Care that connects the dots.

The body does not organize itself into service lines.

Our mission is to connect AI-powered guidance, licensed clinician evaluation, and human coaching around the whole person. Our vision is a care experience where weight, metabolism, energy, and sexual health can live in one honest conversation.

A healthcare operator building a better patient experience.

Jay Nicholas Jefferson

Founder, Chief Strategy and Operations Officer, NuraRx

Jay Jefferson is the Founder and Chief Strategy & Operations Officer of NuraRx, a digital health company building more accessible, affordable, and personalized healthcare through technology, AI, and human-centered care.

Raised in Memphis, Tennessee, Jay’s experiences growing up in an underserved community shaped his belief that quality healthcare shouldn’t depend on where you live, what you look like, or how much money you make. That perspective became the foundation for NuraRx.

Before founding NuraRx, Jay led healthcare operations and transformation initiatives at organizations including Oracle, Somatus, and Virta Health, where he focused on improving patient experiences, scaling operations, and solving complex healthcare challenges.

As a Black, LGBTQ+, Gen Z founder, Jay is committed to building a healthcare company that reflects the people it serves—one that makes care simpler, more inclusive, and centered around patients, not systems.

Clinical trust, made clear

Who provides my care?

NuraRx connects NURA real-time guidance, human coaching, and care navigation with independent licensed clinicians. Clinicians remain solely responsible for evaluation, diagnosis, prescribing, labs, and refill decisions.

One team. One patient. One connected care arc.

We will tell you what happens next, what it costs, who is responsible for each decision, and where human review is needed. NURA, your coach, and your clinician should feel coordinated—not like three services you have to manage.
