PLEASE READ THESE TERMS CAREFULLY. THESE TERMS MAY IMPACT YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS, INCLUDING HOW DISPUTES BETWEEN YOU AND NURARX ARE RESOLVED.
NURARX IS NOT AN EMERGENCY SERVICE. IF YOU BELIEVE YOU ARE EXPERIENCING A MEDICAL EMERGENCY, MENTAL HEALTH CRISIS, OR LIFE-THREATENING CONDITION, CALL 911 IMMEDIATELY OR SEEK IN-PERSON MEDICAL CARE.
NURARX DOES NOT REPLACE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOUR PRIMARY CARE PROVIDER OR OTHER LICENSED MEDICAL PROFESSIONALS.
Introduction
NuraRx LLC (“NuraRx,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) owns and operates the NuraRx website, applications, member portals, intake systems, communication channels, AI-supported coaching tools, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). These Terms and Conditions of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Services. By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.
1. Services Overview
NuraRx provides technology-enabled wellness and healthcare support services that may include: AI-powered wellness and lifestyle coaching, nutrition and habit support, human coaching and accountability support, educational content and wellness resources, administrative support and care coordination, access to telehealth providers where available, prescription coordination when clinically appropriate, weight management support, secure communication tools, progress tracking and member engagement tools.
NuraRx does not guarantee any specific health outcome, weight loss result, medication approval, or prescription access. Any diagnosis, treatment decision, or prescription determination is made solely by a licensed healthcare provider exercising independent clinical judgment.
2. Eligibility
You may only use the Services if: You are at least 18 years old, you reside in a jurisdiction where the Services are available, you are legally capable of entering into binding agreements, you agree to comply with these Terms. NuraRx reserves the right to refuse service or terminate accounts at its discretion where permitted by law.
3. No Emergency Care
THE SERVICES ARE NOT APPROPRIATE FOR MEDICAL EMERGENCIES. Do not use the Services for: chest pain, severe allergic reactions, suicidal thoughts, stroke symptoms, difficulty breathing, severe bleeding, or any urgent medical condition. If you are experiencing an emergency, call 911 immediately or seek emergency medical attention.
4. Telehealth Services
Certain Services may involve telehealth interactions with licensed healthcare providers. Telehealth may include: electronic medical questionnaires, asynchronous messaging, audio consultations, video consultations, medical history reviews, laboratory review, prescription evaluation. You understand that: telehealth may not be appropriate for all conditions, providers may recommend in-person evaluation, technical failures may interrupt care delivery, no electronic communication system is fully secure. NuraRx itself is not a medical provider and does not practice medicine.
5. AI Coaching and Wellness Tools
NuraRx may provide AI-generated wellness guidance, coaching, educational recommendations, reminders, or nutrition suggestions. AI-generated content: is informational only, is not medical advice, does not establish a provider-patient relationship, should not replace consultation with a licensed healthcare professional. You agree not to rely solely on AI-generated recommendations for medical decisions.
6. Prescription and Pharmacy Services
Prescription medications are available only if determined clinically appropriate by a licensed healthcare provider. NuraRx does not guarantee: medication approval, insurance coverage, prior authorization approval, medication availability, pharmacy inventory, shipment timing. Pharmacy fulfillment may be handled by third-party pharmacies. You are responsible for using medications only as prescribed.
7. Memberships, Billing, and Payments
Certain Services may require recurring memberships or subscription plans. By enrolling in a membership, you authorize NuraRx and its payment processors to charge your selected payment method on a recurring basis until canceled. Membership fees may include: AI coaching access, human coaching, provider messaging, educational content, care coordination, wellness tools. Additional services such as medications, laboratory testing, provider visits, or specialty services may involve additional charges. Unless otherwise stated: all fees are cash-pay, NuraRx is not health insurance, fees are generally non-refundable.
8. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your membership at any time through your account settings or by contacting support. To avoid renewal charges, cancellation requests must be submitted before your next billing date. Cancellation may result in loss of access to: coaching services, provider messaging, AI tools, educational resources, prescription coordination.
9. User Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for: maintaining confidentiality of your account, updating inaccurate information, protecting your login credentials, complying with provider instructions, using the Services lawfully. You may not share your account with others.
10. Privacy
Your use of the Services is also governed by the NuraRx Privacy Policy. By using the Services, you consent to the collection, use, storage, and disclosure of information as described in the Privacy Policy and applicable healthcare privacy laws.
11. Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email address, you consent to receiving communications from NuraRx, including: appointment reminders, wellness messages, coaching communications, operational updates, billing notices, SMS notifications, email communications. Standard messaging and data rates may apply. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time. Electronic communications may not always be encrypted, and you acknowledge the inherent risks of electronic communication.
12. Ownership of Services
All content, branding, software, graphics, workflows, designs, text, and technology associated with the Services are owned by NuraRx or its licensors. You may not: copy, reverse engineer, distribute, resell, scrape, reproduce, commercially exploit any portion of the Services without written permission.
13. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to: misuse the Services, impersonate another individual, provide false medical information, harass providers, coaches, or staff, upload malicious code, interfere with platform security, use the Services unlawfully, misuse prescriptions, resell medications. NuraRx may suspend or terminate accounts violating these Terms.
14. Third-Party Services
NuraRx may utilize third-party vendors including: pharmacies, laboratories, payment processors, communication platforms, analytics providers, telehealth infrastructure providers. NuraRx is not responsible for third-party services, outages, delays, or errors.
15. Disclaimer of Warranties
THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” NURARX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY. NURARX DOES NOT GUARANTEE: CONTINUOUS ACCESS, ERROR-FREE OPERATION, SPECIFIC HEALTH OUTCOMES, MEDICATION ACCESS, WEIGHT LOSS RESULTS.
16. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, NURARX SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: INDIRECT DAMAGES, INCIDENTAL DAMAGES, CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, SERVICE INTERRUPTIONS, PERSONAL INJURY CLAIMS ARISING FROM USE OF THE SERVICES. NURARX’S TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF: $100 USD OR THE TOTAL AMOUNT PAID BY YOU TO NURARX IN THE PRIOR TWELVE (12) MONTHS.
17. Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NuraRx, its affiliates, contractors, providers, officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, liabilities, or expenses arising from: your use of the Services, violation of these Terms, misuse of medications, unlawful conduct.
18. Changes to Terms or Services
NuraRx may update these Terms at any time. Updated Terms become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of revised Terms.
19. Termination
NuraRx may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time for: violation of these Terms, misuse of Services, unlawful conduct, nonpayment, security concerns, operational reasons.
20. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law principles.
21. Dispute Resolution and Arbitration
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall first be attempted to be resolved informally. If unresolved, disputes shall be resolved through binding individual arbitration and not through jury trial or class action proceedings, except where prohibited by law. You waive the right to participate in: class actions, class arbitrations, representative lawsuits.

23. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional applicable policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and NuraRx regarding the Services.
