Telehealth Consent

Effective Date: June 8, 2026

By using NuraRx telehealth-related services, you acknowledge and agree to the following.

NuraRx is not a pharmacy and does not dispense, sell, ship, or directly provide prescription medications. Prescription eligibility is determined by a licensed clinician after review.

What Telehealth Involves

Telehealth may involve electronic questionnaires, asynchronous messaging, audio or video visits, medical history review, lab review, AI-assisted educational guidance, human coaching, care coordination, pharmacy coordination, and prescription eligibility evaluation when clinically appropriate.

Potential Benefits

Telehealth may provide convenience, improved access to support, faster communication, and more flexible care coordination.

Potential Risks and Limits

  • Technical interruptions or failed message delivery
  • Incomplete or delayed information transmission
  • Limitations compared with in-person care
  • Need for in-person evaluation, labs, documentation, or follow-up before a clinical decision
  • Insurance, prior authorization, pharmacy, or supply-chain delays outside NuraRx's control

No Emergency Care

NuraRx is not emergency medical care. Messages are not monitored 24/7 and response times vary.

If you have chest pain, difficulty breathing, severe allergic reaction, suicidal thoughts, stroke symptoms, severe bleeding, or another emergency, call 911 immediately or seek urgent care.

State Availability

Services are only available in states where NuraRx and its clinical partners are authorized to operate. Certain medications, services, or treatment options may not be available in all states. Availability may change based on clinical staffing and regulatory requirements.

Prescription Evaluation Timeline

Clinician review and onboarding may take up to one week depending on completeness of intake, lab availability, clinical review, pharmacy coordination, insurance requirements, and prior authorization needs.

Some members may be placed in waitlist, prior authorization, additional documentation, lab review, or follow-up status before any prescription decision is made. Instant approval, same-day approval, and medication access are not guaranteed.

Labs and Records

Some prescription evaluations may require current labs or recent records. If you do not have labs from the last 12 months, the care team may guide you on next steps before clinician review can be completed or before certain prescriptions can be considered.

Prescription and Pharmacy Limitations

Prescriptions are not guaranteed and are only provided when clinically appropriate after review by a licensed clinician. If prescribed, prescriptions are sent to a licensed pharmacy. Medication may be included only where the displayed program price says so; otherwise pharmacy costs are disclosed before purchase. Insurance coverage, availability, and shipping timelines vary.

Medication availability is determined by pharmacies, manufacturers, wholesalers, and supply chain conditions. NuraRx cannot guarantee medication availability.

Refills and Active Care Plan

Refills are not automatic. Refill coordination, coaching support, and ongoing care navigation require an active NuraRx care plan, completion of follow-up assessments, clinician approval, current labs if requested, and compliance with the treatment plan.

AI-Assisted Experiences

The NURA Care Companion and other AI-assisted educational tools do not diagnose, prescribe, or replace licensed healthcare professionals or emergency services. NURA may route concerns to the human care team, but members must seek emergency care directly when needed.

Electronic Communication Consent

You consent to receive electronic service communications related to your account, intake, care coordination, billing, and membership. Optional SMS consent is collected separately, is not required for purchase, and may be withdrawn by replying STOP.
