NuraRx is a digital health and wellness company focused on helping members access weight management support, prescription renewal support, GLP-1 medication management, lifestyle guidance, and ongoing coaching.

2. Information We Collect

If you purchase a membership, subscription, intake visit, consultation, prescription renewal service, coaching service, or other paid service, we may collect transaction-related information such as:

We use third-party payment processors, such as Stripe or other payment platforms, to process payments. NuraRx does not directly store full credit card numbers, debit card numbers, HSA/FSA card numbers, or full payment credentials.
E. AI Coaching and Chat Information
NuraRx may offer AI-powered tools to support general health education, lifestyle guidance, nutrition support, habit formation, onboarding, and member navigation.
When you use AI-powered chat or coaching features, we may collect:

3. Apple Health, HealthKit, and Health Data Permissions
If you choose to connect Apple Health or HealthKit, NuraRx will only access the categories of health data you authorize. Apple requires apps that use HealthKit to explain why health data is requested and how it is used.
NuraRx may use Apple Health data to:
• help you track weight and wellness progress;
• support personalized coaching;
• display trends in your member portal;
• help you monitor habits such as activity, sleep, or weight changes;
• support clinician or coach review when you choose to share that information.
NuraRx will not use Apple Health data for advertising, sell Apple Health data, or share Apple Health data with third parties for marketing purposes.
You may revoke Apple Health permissions at any time in your device settings.
4. Oura, Wearables, and Connected Health Devices
If you choose to connect your Oura account or another wearable device, NuraRx may receive health and wellness data based on your consent and the permissions you approve.
This may include sleep, activity, heart rate, recovery, readiness, temperature, or other wellness information. We use this information to help provide a more personalized coaching and care experience.
You are not required to connect Oura or any wearable device to use NuraRx. If you disconnect an integration, NuraRx may stop receiving new data, but we may retain previously received data as described in this Privacy Policy unless you request deletion and no legal or operational exception applies.

We use information to operate NuraRx, deliver services, support care, improve member experience, and meet legal obligations.
We may use information to:

6. How We Use Sensitive Health Information
We may collect and use health-related information only as needed to provide the services you request, support your care, improve your experience, comply with law, or as otherwise permitted with your consent.
Sensitive health information may include: medical history, medication history, weight and BMI, lab results, insurance information, symptoms or side effects, clinician notes, wearable data, nutrition, activity, and sleep data, AI coaching conversations related to health goals.
We do not sell your sensitive health information.
We do not use your health information to make advertising decisions about you unless permitted by law and only with any required consent.
7. HIPAA and Relationship to Protected Health Information
Some information collected by NuraRx or affiliated clinical providers may be considered Protected Health Information under the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 and related regulations, known as HIPAA.
When NuraRx or an affiliated provider acts as a covered entity or business associate under HIPAA, your Protected Health Information may be governed by a separate Notice of Privacy Practices. That notice explains how Protected Health Information may be used and disclosed for treatment, payment, healthcare operations, and other legally permitted purposes.
This Privacy Policy applies to information that is not governed by HIPAA or to information collected when NuraRx acts in a capacity other than as a HIPAA-covered healthcare provider or business associate.

If you connect a third-party service, such as Oura, Apple Health, Google Health Connect, or another wearable or health app, information may be shared between NuraRx and that service based on your permissions.

We may disclose information if we believe it is necessary to: comply with applicable law, respond to legal process, protect our rights, privacy, safety, or property, protect members, clinicians, employees, or the public, investigate fraud, misuse, or security incidents, enforce our Terms of Service.
F. Business Transactions
If NuraRx is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
G. De-Identified or Aggregated Information
We may use or share de-identified, anonymized, or aggregated information for analytics, research, quality improvement, product development, reporting, or business purposes. This information is not intended to identify you.
9. What We Do Not Sell
NuraRx does not sell your personal health information. NuraRx does not sell text messaging opt-in consent data. NuraRx does not sell Apple Health, Oura, wearable, or connected health data.
NuraRx does not share your health data with third-party advertisers for their independent marketing purposes.
If our practices change, we will update this Privacy Policy and obtain any consent required by law.
10. SMS and Text Messaging
If you provide your phone number, you may receive text messages from NuraRx related to account setup, intake reminders, appointment reminders, payment updates, membership updates, care navigation, prescription or refill support, customer support, marketing messages, if you consent.
Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary. You may opt out of SMS messages by replying STOP. You may request help by replying HELP.
NuraRx does not share or sell SMS opt-in consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Even if you opt out of marketing texts, we may still send important account, safety, care-related, or transactional messages where permitted by law.

We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information.

We collect and use consumer health data to provide the services you request, personalize your experience, support coaching and care coordination, improve our services, and comply with applicable law.
We do not sell consumer health data.
We only share consumer health data as needed to provide requested services, with your consent, with service providers, with clinical partners, as required by law, or as otherwise described in this Privacy Policy.
You may request access, correction, deletion, or withdrawal of consent by contacting us.
17. State-Specific Privacy Rights
