NuraRx provides treatment-pathway technology, care navigation, administrative support, and access to independent clinical evaluation workflows where available. NuraRx does not itself dispense prescription medications.

- SMS opt-in status, opt-in timestamp, consent language shown, and opt-out status where applicable
- Wearable and connected-device data when you authorize an integration

5. SMS and Electronic Communications
SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of purchase. If you check an SMS consent box, you agree to receive SMS messages from NuraRx related to your account, intake, care coordination, reminders, and service updates. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to opt out. Reply HELP for help.
You can opt out of SMS at any time by replying STOP. You may receive service emails or required account notices even if you opt out of optional SMS messages. SMS, email, and portal messages are not monitored 24/7 and should not be used for emergencies.
6. Cookies and Tracking
We use cookies and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, measure performance, and improve the experience. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling some cookies may impact functionality.
7. Data Retention
