This Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and commitment terms work for NuraRx treatment pathways, care navigation, administrative support, and clinical evaluation workflows.
Treatment Commitments and Cancellations
Treatment pathways may offer 4-, 12-, 24-, or 52-week commitment options. The amount billed at enrollment is displayed before purchase. You may cancel future renewals, but cancellation does not automatically refund a prepaid commitment or services already provided.
Clinical Review and Treatment Eligibility
Clinical review, record collection, eligibility assessment, and administrative services are part of the treatment experience where stated on the applicable price card.
Payment does not guarantee clinician approval, a prescription, treatment continuation, insurance reimbursement, pharmacy availability, or a specific outcome.
Prescription Eligibility
Clinical decisions are based on independent clinician judgment, medical appropriateness, state availability, lab or record completeness, contraindications, and other clinical factors. Any refund available after an ineligibility decision is governed by the purchase terms and applicable law.
Third-Party Costs
Costs identified as separate before purchase are governed by the applicable third party. NuraRx cannot refund amounts paid directly to pharmacies, laboratories, insurers, or other third parties.
Unused Services
Unused commitment time, lack of platform usage, missed check-ins, or failure to complete follow-up requirements do not automatically qualify for refunds or credits.
Chargebacks
Please contact support before initiating a chargeback so we can review your concern. Fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination where permitted by law.
