At NuraRx, we are committed to providing transparent pricing and premium wellness experiences.

No Refunds

All purchases, payments, membership fees, intake fees, subscription charges, coaching services, and provider review services are final and non-refundable.

This policy applies to:
  • Monthly memberships
  • Intake fees
  • Wellness programs
  • Coaching services
  • Provider reviews
  • Subscription renewals
  • Digital services
  • AI-assisted services

Prescription Eligibility

Failure to qualify for prescriptions or provider-approved treatment does not qualify for refunds. Clinical decisions are based on provider judgment and medical appropriateness.

Membership Cancellations

Users may cancel future subscription renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation prevents future charges but does not refund prior payments already processed.

Unused Services

Unused membership time, unused features, or lack of platform usage do not qualify for refunds or credits.

Chargebacks

Initiating fraudulent or improper chargebacks may result in account suspension or termination.
